Services Provided
Information Gathering: We will liaise with your business to identify needs and make recommendations.
Data Gathering: We will work closely with you to ensure the ChatBot interacts with your audience accurately.
Implementation: We will fine-tune an LLM and create a chat widget for your website.
Monitoring: We will monitor your ChatBot’s performance and make necessary adjustments.
Pricing and Payment
Our services are priced on a case-by-case basis. Initial setup fees, ongoing maintenance fees, and usage fees may apply.
1,000 credits (questions from users) cost £10 per month. Additional usage fees apply if you exceed your allotted credits.
Payment terms will be communicated to you by our founder or a designated representative.
No Contracts
We do not enter into binding contracts with our clients.
You can activate or deactivate your ChatBot as needed.
You will be charged for your usage in the current month if you cancel.
User Data and Privacy
We may collect user information such as name, email address, and phone number to monitor and manage user interactions.
All user data is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Security Measures
We implement rate limiting to control message frequency.
Custom messages can be set for users who reach the message limit.
We have processes in place to mitigate abuse of your ChatBot, including banning abusive users.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and relevant data for the ChatBot.
Ensure that the ChatBot’s instructions align with your brand’s voice and values.
Monitor ChatBot interactions and inform us of any necessary adjustments.
Limitation of Liability
Digital HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our ChatBot services.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from inaccuracies in the data provided by the client.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms and conditions or if their business no longer aligns with our values.
Clients can terminate services at any time, subject to payment for services used up to the termination date.
Modifications to Terms
Digital HQ reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
